The battery service from Mike was good. When I went to close my trunk it wouldn’t so I stopped Tanner for help which turned out as a very unacceptable experience. He goes to pull down my trunk door and I told him mot to because I heard it messes up your hydraulics. He stomps off says he needs to look it up. Comes back says there is a handle on the inside for this purpose. Once he pulls it shut I try to open it and it won’t. He’s walking off and I say wait I have questions. He’s like it’s working but I state it won’t open back up and my door won’t lock. I tell him he’s being rude and he says no you’re being rude and walks away. Well I’m looking around and Mike comes out and he explains to me that the computer needs to basically reboot. I can understand that and it was a very helpful and simple explanation that Tanner could’ve given me instead of being rude and disrespectful. If I’m spending my money I have the right to ask questions. I called the office to express my dissatisfaction with Tanner.
