purchased two cars through OVE represented by this company the first one the seller took our offer We purchased already having a customer wanting it But when our shipper got there, the car was nowhere to be found. They said they sold it. It took us months to get our shipping money back. the second purchase was a $48,000 Lexus with 15,000 miles still under warranty. He made an offer and it was accepted, and we bought it with a customer lined up. the customer stated the Bluetooth and apps weren’t working we made an appointment with Lexus assuming warranty no reason at arbitrate , which took three weeks to get appointment. Lexus informed us That the module was removed, which is often done with a stolen vehicle and it would not be covered warranty at a cost of $8500. The auction says it’s past 10 days for the arbitration and told us too bad. Do not buy from them m, they only stick up for their large sellers to obviously use them because of these practices

Thankfully they put in a test track and it makes the buying experience easier and less risky. Kerri rotunda does an excellent job and always takes care of your needs along with the rest of the staff that works there, they are all very pleasant

Nice place from the point of a dealer. Good breakfast and lunches. From the point of an auction driver or driver that picks up/ transports the cars the dealers treat you like sh** and the boss is a bi***. Tad is nice just the Roadrunner crew needs to work on their people skills.
