So very, very pleased with the body work I had done on my Rav 4. Wonderful job. It looks brand new. Highly recommended, you won't be disappointed. This auto body garage is very trustworthy and honest. They went over everything that was done ,before I left. Was so surprised when I saw the inside was cleaned also. Beautiful work inside and outside. The price was so very reasonable. I appreciate the work that was done.

For the first time in my life, I hit a deer as I was driving home from work May 9th, sometime between midnight and 12:20am. I talked with my car insurance company to help facilitate repairs on my car. This shop, McCracken’s, is affiliated with my insurance company, so I went through them for repairs. I’m writing this review not because I was told to, Im writing because I wanted to on my own volition. I was so stressed on the 9th. I remember calling a bunch of affiliated body shops. One of them didn’t answer. One of them did answer, but they couldn’t get me in for an estimate till June. I called McCracken’s, but I was losing hope. Miraculously, Ken (the owner) picked up the phone. He was able to squeeze me in for an estimate on the same day! They were even able to schedule an appointment to start the repairs only three weeks away! Ken was very kind to me and walked me through everything, especially when I explained that I had never hit a deer before, and I didn’t know what to do. He taped up my car for me to help hold the components together until I could bring it in for repairs. That was really nice of him. Repairs have not yet begun, but I already feel like I’m in good hands. Later on I will update this with before and after pics.
