They repaired my trailer for me. I don't know everything that they did but it's like pulling a a new trailer. Actually I don't think it worked as good when I bought it as what it does now. I use my trailer for work. So they did a quick turnaround as far as the repairs. And They showed me some other closed-in trailers and their prices looked really good. So I found a new place to purchase anything trailer related. and for repairs. Everybody was polite and friendly . I'm definitely be back.

Needed a tow on a Friday evening. AAA dispatched this company.... Awful. Didn't get a name of the dispatcher. Was quick to tell us what to do... Leave the keys in the car and he'd tow it tomorrow (Saturday)... Would not give my husband and I a ride.. Yet AAA assistant said they had room for two passengers... Only company in "Lycoming region"... one company for Lycoming county on a weekend... 14 year member, called AAA MAYBE a handful of times in the years I've had it...

Needed a tow on a Saturday afternoon and this is who AAA dispatched. Guy called me and told me he would not tow it to my house (18 miles) or my parents (13 miles). He would only tow it to his shop. Said he was short on people. Explained that I was going to be out of town the following week and I would feel more comfortable if it was at my house. He had quite the attitude with his refusal and seemed offended that I didn't want it sitting at his shop. Unsure why he couldnt provide the sevice that AAA contracts him for. The next person may have just had to wait a little longer. That's how it works. You take care of the customers in the order they come. Roadside service is very rarely an expedient process. However, the guy I got to replace this guy was to me within 15 minutes and towed me home.
