I live on a nice street in Pottstown borough, I have to call regularly for the trash men driving away with the trash not tucked into the truck and constantly driving away WATCHING items fall out of the back of the truck. The supervisors are always helpful in sending someone out, but the men hauling and loading the trucks need improvement. Severely.

Horrible customer service. July 2024 I literally never received a red trashcan from them, I got it from a neighbor, and they never delivered one. In January 2026, their workers crushed and damaged and cracked my trashcan. For a month, I requested a new trashcan on maybe six phone calls, I still don’t have one I believe their customer service is trashy . They promised me new trash cans on a daily basis in February 2026 and never delivered to date

The worse trash company. They have left my trash more times than I can count. My husband calls they say they will pick it up but its still out there. Now if I get a fine from muhlenburg township I'll be taking this trash company to court or sending them the fine. Also the trash people have broken more trash cans than I can count they were suppose to replace it bit never did. You call and nobody picks up! Not to mention the workers spill trash all over street and dont pick it up.
