A special note: I recently brought in my 1999 Jeep Cherokee XJ with multiple mechanical issues. Only stan could take a 25 year old vehicle, and repair it to run like it rolled off the showroom floor. Stan, the owner and his staff of expert mechanics; including his son Stevie, will have any mechanical issues you have with your vehicle fixed in the blink of an eye. I am new to the area so I needed to find a quality mechanic. My car which is only a 2019 was experiencing MAJOR issues that turned into basically having to get a new engine put in. Thank God I chose Mastertech. I mean no insult by not choosing to start my post by saying "Stan and his staff." I say this because everyone there makes you feel like family. From the moment you walk in and see Kathy until you are in the garage with all of the guys- it's a feeling that I have never had the chance to experience with a mechanic shop. All I will say is that the process for my repair was methodical and had to move in pieces and I am beyond thankful for the job that Stan did. I have to now single out Stan because he did a vast majority of the work on my car and I could not have asked for anyone better. There were times where I simply stopped by while my car was there and most times found myself there an hour after closing just talking about life in general with the guys. From start to finish I was provided with updates, simple down to earth good conversation, respect, professionalism, honesty and the feeling as if I were the only customer there (despite the chaos of a normal busy day those guys face with how busy they are). It's safe to say that I found my new forever mechanic. I will always bring my vehicle there because I'll never have to worry about whether it's safe or if it'll be repaired the right way because this place provided services that are nothing short of excellence.
