I will start by saying I am thankful they answered the phone, as No other places near by did. But what we recieved was terrible communication! We called for a jump of a semi trucks dead battery. The guy told us it will be 1 hour, he showed up in 2hrs 45mins without even letting me know he's there. Opens the truck door(as if it's his own truck) and begins to put his battery pack on the trucks dead battery. He couldn't get it started so he tells me he's going to go get a different battery pack. Apparently he comes back and tries again but, he again doesn't even let me know he's back. I give him a call to ask if he's coming back, but he doesn't answer, instead he sends me a text saying he came back and couldn't start it. I go out to the truck to find that he locked the keys inside. He tells me that the door was open and that the wind must've shut it. Says the best he can do is offer me a tow. Guy told me he wouldn't leave me stranded but I got stuck here for 2days due to his terrible service and the bad storm 2 stars for answering the call -2 stars for putting & leaving me in a worse situation
