A belated thank you for winching my stuck Jeep out of my driveway ditch after the snowstorm two weeks ago. A bit of an embarrassing situation, but things happen. The man I spoke with was very understanding, polite and courteous. Sent a truck out the next morning that arrived at the exact time they said they would be there and I was out in no time. The driver did an excellent job. I will definitely call you again if I ever need your services. Thanks again!

Worst towing service in berks county. Contacted him about a vehicle I needed towed less than 2 miles away to a auto shop initially he said he was “booked up this week since Christmas” but then when I said 2 miles down the road he said he could be there by 2pm, then called and said 4:30pm next thing you know it’s 6pm. I reached out just for him to say the following morning he could tow it and he’d call me. It’s the following afternoon no word. I’ve now missed 3 appointments due to this lousy towing company.

My experience was not so much with Rob and his towing company, it was with a vehicle inquiry. It’s not too often that you find someone who is willing to share and care the way this man does. If you have a bad experience with this man, you should probably check yourself and your actions. Rob is not the type of person who seems to care about how the job at hand goes, he knows it will be great, but he leaves a lasting impression that will make you come back again. His kindness stands out in a world that has lost sight of that long ago. And when you tell him this he will kindly play it off like it’s nothing. Thank you Rob for all your inspiration and insight!
