Great people great prices and the guy knows what he's talking about. Chuck does not lead you in the wrong direction. If he is not qualified to do the work he will tell you. Fast service and knowledge of what they're doing great job guys keep it up.

I just picked up my car after having it serviced here and, while I'm cautiously optimistic about the repair's quality holding up, the customer service was really disappointing. The staff was very dismissive of my concerns, particularly the owner, Chuck, who appeared impatient and frequently cut me off mid-sentence. It felt as if they lacked an understanding of the financial impact of a bill $200 higher than a competing estimate I'd received from another reputable shop, insisting that it wasnt that bad because "it isn't $5000." Communication was also a major issue throughout the time my car was in their shop. I was often informed of parts being purchased and repairs being done as they were happening, rather than receiving an estimate beforehand to review and approve the labor and associated costs. This led to unexpected additional repairs (coolant line and thermostat to water pump bypass tube) that, while likely necessary eventually, caused me to miss valuable workdays. These parts, while in poor condition and causing a slow coolant leak, were still functional before the repair. I was only informed of their replacement after the fact and it seems their damage was exacerbated during the repair itself. I would have appreciated being informed of this additional cost before any of the work began, if they felt as though the damage was impossible to avoid. Their labor rates are significantly higher ($90/hr vs. $65/hr) compared to other places that offer better customer service, and my concerns about the cost were disregarded. I hope they improve their customer service in the future and consider adjusting their labor rates to be more competitive within the local market.

Cool crew of folks here. The employees here are pretty legit they didn't even know me and literally made sure I didn't drive away in an unsafe vehicle so they did everything they could, and I mean all of them, to make sure my vehicle was road worthy until I was able to make all the repairs my car needed and boy did it need repairs. They explained why I needed them and showed me the proof, which is rare.
