Jeff was awesome! Picked up my Harley and took me home then my bike to the shop. Great people to deal with, will use again if I ever need a tow, on 2 or 4 wheels!

My $5,000 car was stuck on a man's property. When this tow driver called me the second time he attempted to pick it up, his voice was NOTICEABLY shaking because the people were outside and he was scared and nervous. He also said he knew "of them" which let me know that's why he was scared and nervous. I did not have a choice over towing my own vehicle and selling it for scrap on my own terms. I FINALLY GOT MY CAR BACK AFTER A TOW DRIVER TOOK A MECHANIC WITH HIM TO PUT THE WHEEL BACK ON SO I WOULDN'T HAVE TO SELL IT FOR SCRAP ON MY OWN TERMS. THE MAN THAT OWNED THE PROPERTY WAS TRYING TO CONVINCE ME TO SELL IT TO HIM FOR $300 SCRAP. AND WENT BACK AND FORTH WITH ME EVEN THOUGH I HAD SAID THAT I ALREADY HAD $120 OF PARTS IN THE VEHICLE AND I WANTED TO INCLUDE IT IN ANY PRICING. Something fishy was going on. The multiple tow drivers that I called, two being ones that actually went up there including this one, were absolutely 100% trying to manipulate me because they DID NOT feel comfortable doing the tow. One even admitted it. I shouldn't have to battle with tow truck drivers about getting my own vehicle back. This guy just texted my personal phone number over this review, which is unprofessional. I'm not doing business with them anymore. And haven't been for several days. Told me that I need to tell the whole story, yeah he offered a part for me but I shouldn't have to go back and forth with tow truck drivers over what to do with my own vehicle. I've said multiple times for multiple drivers that I'm supposed to be in a different state right now and I don't have time to be messing around.

Best towing experience I’ve had. I got my car stuck in a ditch and they thankfully got it out in one piece and I was able to drive it home. They showed up exactly when they said they would and did everything they could to get the car out intact. I hope I don’t get stuck again but if I do I know who I want to pull me out. Great towing company. Five stars.
