Our car died on the way to the Poconos, and AAA connected us with Val-U Auto of PA. Val-U Auto Towing handled everything with professionalism, kindness, and total reliability. The driver arrived and helped us at 1 a.m. on Thanksgiving morning. He was knowledgeable and quickly helped us figure out that the alternator had failed. Because of the holiday weekend, we assumed the tow back to Brooklyn, NY wouldn’t happen until early the following week, but they were able to get it done the very next day. Paul provided us with updates throughout the tow, which allowed us to notify our car shop exactly when the car would be arriving. It was incredibly reassuring during a tough situation. Highly recommend Val-U Auto Towing — truly dependable people who go above and beyond!

My car broke down, called VAL -U Towing a few days ahead to have it towed. They gave me a price & time to tow it. Called me exactly when they said. Driver Aaron, great guy, respectful. THANKS AARON. He called, I didn't have to be there. He hooked it & booked it to my house. Dropped it perfectly where I wanted without telling him where. Amazing ?. Paid him on the spot. Exact price they gave me. 1000% will call them again if and when I need a tow. Couldn't ask for a more professional company to tow my car. I definitely recommend them?. Oh by the way price was 1/2 of what I thought it would be. GRADE IS A PLUS-PLUS. THANKS AGAIN

Kym was extremely professional and swift to the job! She was Very kind, friendly, and got the job done efficiently. My Car had some serious issues and couldn’t go on the truck normally, so she was able to find an alternative way to hook my car up and get my car over safely and quickly! I recommend!
