There's no number to call, so I drove all the way out there to find out that it's a locked facility only available to residents of Norwegian Twp. There seems to be a serious lack of recycling centers around here due to irresponsible people using them as a dumpster...

The only problem I have is the is the ignorant people that come here and drop off garbage. This is a recycling center not a dumpster for garbage. These people are going to ruin it for the township residents!!
