Horrible service — 0 stars. The staff spoke to people very disrespectfully and aggressively, yet expected everyone else to remain respectful while being talked to poorly. They refused to release anyone’s car after the snow, not because of safety concerns, but because they did not want to clean the vehicles and just wanted to make more money for leaving it there for an extra day On top of that, they would not provide a pickup address in Tamaqua, making it extremely difficult to retrieve the car. The lack of professionalism, communication, and basic courtesy was unacceptable. This was a very frustrating and unfair experience, and I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Was connected to this company through AAA. The driver was very respectful, friendly, and drove safely. Would definitely recommend to anyone else in need of a tow

This is the second time in a year I needed a tow. These guys were great both times! Marty Moose brought the tow truck and cheered us up. He took such good care of us and our car. And Tyler drove us the extra 15 miles to our home. They explained what the insurance would do and gave us good advice on the possible damages to our car.
