Rare in this day in age to find a shop with honest mechanics, and that can schedule you that day if you drive up and talk to them. They will do the job right, and pass on cars that are messed up in ways that are not their forte. Nate really helped me out a couple years back when the engine in my Integra blew. They knew how much I loved that car. (My 2001 Acura Integra GSR). Due to mitigating circumstances in my life, I was forced to sell for cheap. He let me set my car there in his back yard for over a month, until it sold. They are awesome with tire mounting, balancing, wheel bearings, suspension, and general exhaust repairs. They will go above an beyond for their clients' needs. I only trust 3 shops in E-town based on my previous experience: E-town Auto Works for general repair , Keener tire for alignments and suspension, Sherman's Automotive for State Inspection. Nate & staff will get you taken care of.
