I called to inquire about leasing a specific vehicle and initially spoke with Ian, the sales manager. He was friendly, professional, and provided preliminary figures before connecting me with Jordi, a salesperson, to go over the details. At first, Jordi was responsive and came back with an attractive estimated monthly payment. However, when I requested the standard details needed to evaluate a lease — including the selling price, money factor, residual value, and a breakdown of fees and capitalization — he refused to provide them unless I came into the dealership in person. He also would not provide a lease worksheet. I live about an hour away and wanted to confirm that the structure of the deal made sense before making the drive. Asking for these numbers is reasonable, and every dealership has the ability to provide them. Refusing to share them creates unnecessary friction and lacks transparency. Additionally, I had a trade-in that they appraised, and their offer came in significantly below market value and lower than other offers I received elsewhere. After I told Jordi about the other offers, he called back and matched the offer I received elsewhere. After Jordi followed up again, I reiterated that I was still interested but needed the full breakdown of the deal first. After that message, communication stopped entirely. If you’re considering this dealership, I recommend being cautious and making sure you are getting full transparency throughout the process. If you have a trade-in, it’s also wise to get quotes from multiple dealerships first so you understand your vehicle’s market value. Fortunately, I was able to find another dealership who was transparent with their figures and I was able to find a great overall deal and a monthly payment that matched what Miracle had quoted me.

The sales associate Jordi was absolutely stellar, a man of his word, and went above and beyond to get this deal done. In a world with subpar attention to detail and character, this dude was top notch. I don’t live in Pennsylvania and am ip here for work but I will make the drive to buy a truck from him again if I’m anywhere near the NE.
