First time I visited O’Reilly Auto Parts and boy was I impressed. Jordan, the manager, and Craig make such a great team. Our process was so smooth and they were so helpful. I had a dead car battery that needed to be replaced. The manager I spoke to (Jordan) recommended a new battery and then personally installed it in my car. He even patiently walked me through all the steps as he was doing it. From start to finish, the entire process took less than 10 minutes. I plan to keep visiting this shop for my automotive needs going forward.
