I had a great experience buying a battery here the day before a big road trip to Vermont. Due to Vermont's strict quarantine requirements during the pandemic, I'm not supposed to be indoors running errands and such. I called to ask if I could do a curbside pickup, install the battery myself in the parking lot, and they were more than happy to bring the battery outside, so I made the order online. Within minutes, I got a call from them that unfortunately the battery I picked was out of stock and normally wouldn't be in until the next day. However, he knew that I was leaving the next morning (today) and sent up an employee to another store to pick up the battery for me. Left it outside for me to install, and picked up my old battery and refunded my core charge all without having to step inside. This was all around their closing time, mind you, so they could have easily said "sorry, no" but surprisingly just went out of their way to make everything work. Thanks!

Tried to inquire about a hub assembly and was told “can’t help you on that one” and then hung up on. I called Orielly and Advance who both had them, but I like that napa and have been going for years. I’m willing to bet they could in fact find what I was looking for. Oh well. I guess I’ll spend 400+ dollars at oriellys. Really good store otherwise.
