⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a great experience with this autobody shop from start to finish. The staff was professional, honest, and very knowledgeable. They kept me informed throughout the entire process and answered all of my questions without rushing me. The work was done in a timely manner, and my car looks amazing—like nothing ever happened. You can tell they really take pride in their work and care about their customers. I highly recommend this shop to anyone looking for quality repairs and excellent customer service.

I cannot say nothing about the professionalism of Charles Auto Body & Sons. They restored my 640i Xdrive Gran coupe BMW. The results were nothing short of incredible. My car came back with flawless Body work perfect paint matching and attention to detail that clearly sets them apart from other shops. Hands down the BEST. Charles actually stopped me while I was in the midst of getting gas at Sunoco and told me he’d love for me to bring my car in! As anyone would be, I was hesitant but gave it a shot. He not only didn’t let me down but him and his team even had it ready days before the initial date we originally talked about. I was originally quoted at a place nearby for almost double of what Charles charged me. He gave me daily updates almost every day and even called to let me know the next moves. I will be bringing my car here for the foreseeable future and if anyone is hesitant, don’t be !! Everyone was beyond friendly. This was anything but an easy job as you can see from the pictures. Charles had to not only order a new bumper and doors but also had to paint it all to match and my front passenger door also didn’t open(which he also fixed of course!!). I will be referring everyone I know to Charles auto body. Thank you Charles and your hard working team!!
