Purchased a battery and had an employee install it. The positive terminal nut was rusted. The employee was struggling removing it. He ended up stripping the bolt and removed the terminal by loosening it enough to slide it up and off. When he installed the new battery he connected the positive terminal by sliding it down on to the battery. I expressed my concern that the positive terminal was not tight and the bolt was now stripped. He dismissed me and gave some bs as to why it was okay. Drove home, then later that day my vehicle wouldn’t start. I had to move the positive terminal around to make it connect. I had to purchase nut extractor and fixed the problem myself. Will never purchase from Advanced Auto again.

Trash General Management. Rude and acts entitled. Don't you dare return a wrong part that was sold to you and not need a replacement. You would think after all these years Advance Auto Part would have their stuff together. ???‍♂️?

Stopped by the store to order a part from the website. Had to wait around until the sales person could find it in there system. Ended up looking it up on my phone. He ordered a different one so it cost me more money. Then I had to pay shipping because it was factory direct. The day the part was suppose arrive came and went. No phone call. Called them back and they said "yeah we have it"......So they wasted my time, cost me extra money twice, and wasted my time some more. Never using Advance again.
