Terrible customer service – especially disappointing for women customers. I’ve had to replace my brakes and rotors twice in just 5 months. The first time was in December. Within 3 months, the brakes started grinding again. I brought the car back, and they refused to honor the work—charging me again for both parts and labor. A month later, the grinding returned. I went back yet again, and they still wouldn’t take responsibility. My husband had to step in and argue with them just to get any kind of resolution. In the end, they still charged us labor. To make matters worse, they told my husband one price over the phone—but when I showed up in person, they tried to charge me $20 more. Completely unprofessional and shady.

First of all, I like the customer service and they have a very nice great food. I like them seafood and I bought some chicken tenders with the OMG yum Yum sauce. It was my first time for me is five star. The food was so delicious.
