My car was totaled and Hope's Towing picked up my car at accident scene, when I arrived at the shop to get my belongings the first question they asked me was if I was ok. That right there tells me how compassionate and caring people are. They were very helpful and kind to me, treated me like family. If I ever need anything I know I can trust to bring my " new" car there. I highly recommend this company, you won't be sorry. Great group of men! Thank you for all your kindness. ?

I really thought these people were good people. Never in my life have I been treated so poorly at an establishment. Not only was I spoken to with no respect, I was treated as i was not allowed to be in their well known establishment. They offered me dirt for my vehicle as if i was a crackhead and when I didnt comply, all the disrespect came forth. I left there in tears for being treated so nasty. I was confused and trying to figure out my options and the man ( not going to name him ) made it so much worse for me. I would never want to go there ever again and if youre a minority dont even waste your time. Im disgusted with the way I was treated here. No amount of money was worth treating someone in that matter. If youre reading this as a worker I hope you know who you are. And I hope you never treat any one the way you treated myself. You should be ashamed of yourself and the way you handled the situation. In the end I still got what I needed so all of your efforts to make it harder for me didnt work. Thank you and God bless. I gave 3 stars for the previous help I received on one occasion but other than that. 0 stars !!. Great masks you guys put on ?? . Not as nice as they say they are

I just want to say how wonderful Matt and the whole crew are. I am still pretty new to the area and I took my car here for inspection and ended up needing some things. Even though I'm in my forties I've only been driving for 4 years and everything was explained to me thoroughly. I use my vehicle to transport my children back and forth to doctors in Philadelphia and my van has to be safe. Hope's collision I am grateful for you and thank you for taking the time to take care of me. Thank you for the pick up and drop off since I don't know anyone here as well. I was treated so well here and will definitely return.
