He was so knowledgeable and helpful when Safelite would not take accountability for messing up my Elantra's electric system. I WILL NEVER SHOP ANYWHERE ELSE! Shop assistant Joseph helped me figure out how to get the correct gaps on my spark plugs and offered to change them for me infront of the shop unprompted! Took him ten minutes what I was planning to take 3hrs to do with my limited experience. He walked me through the process as well so I can change them next time! Ive been anxious about this for weeks but determined to DIY it after bad experiences with mechanics and cant thank him and Advance Auto enough for really supporting the community and helping make budgets stretch in a time when paying for car maintenance and repairs is hard for most people! God bless yall and youve won yourself a life long customer!
