⚠️ ABSOLUTE WARNING – THIS DEALERSHIP IS A LIABILITY ⚠️ San Souci Automart is hands-down the worst automotive experience I’ve ever had, and that’s not exaggeration. I purchased a vehicle on June 14, 2025. In less than two months of ownership, the car was returned to this dealership six separate times for the SAME unresolved issue. That alone speaks volumes about their incompetence. While the vehicle was in THEIR possession, the engine catastrophically failed. I was then told a “new motor” had been installed—which was a lie. No transparency, no proof, no honesty. Just deception. On another visit, the car required new coil packs. Instead of installing new parts, they quietly used USED components, without disclosure. This is not a mistake—this is a deliberate decision to cut corners at the customer’s expense. This dealership: Repeatedly misrepresented repairs Failed to correct known mechanical issues Installed used parts while implying new ones Wasted weeks of my time Demonstrated zero accountability Their business model appears to rely on dishonesty, delay, and hoping customers give up. I ultimately traded the vehicle elsewhere just to escape the constant breakdowns and false assurances. That alone should tell you everything you need to know. If you’re considering this place because of bad credit—do not make that mistake. Bad credit does not mean you deserve bad faith, unsafe vehicles, or lies. San Souci Automart is not just unreliable—it is reckless, untrustworthy, and incapable of standing behind what it sells. It’s only a matter of time before their practices catch up with them. Avoid this dealership at all costs.
