I have been a long-standing loyal customer of Becker’s body shop until recently when I found out that they do not stand behind their work. I had my front bumper repainted here out of pocket for around $600. I picked it up and I was told if I had any issues to give them a call or bring it over! Apparently, if I had any issues, he was just going to listen to me complain about them and not actually do anything about them or I wouldn’t have wasted my time to go back over. Maybe a month or so after I had the bumper painted I hit a cat driving around 25 miles an hour that put a small crack in the paint of the bumper. I was so upset about hitting the cat that I really didn’t think much about the bumper itself at the time.. a few weeks had gone by and a few runs through the car wash, and I realized that the bumper was cracking more and more… until it was very obvious this paint job was not holding up. Was it my fault for hitting the cat??! I took it back to see if he could help me or if I was out $600.. and sure enough he pretty much told me well, it’s your own fault. Tough crap. Have a good day. As I said, I’ve been coming here for years. I’ve always recommended Becker’s to everyone for any body work. And not so much as a friendly discount or ANYTHING to show good business practice and a little decency. Well this gets better… I finally find a decent human who offers to repaint this disaster of a bumper for a much better price than Becker’s even offered me… so as this fine gentleman is fixing Becker’s paint job he sends me pictures to explain and informs me that it in fact was not done correctly by Becker’s and my mishap with the cat is not to blame for the whole entire bumper peeling apart!!! Don’t take your chances here.. go to someone else who will do the job right the first time!! ??

I was referred to Beckers by Erie insurance company. I need major body work to my passenger side quarter panel. It took 12 days to fix and I couldn't ask for more. My car looks like brand new. I couldn't ask for more. I would highly recommend this business to anyone who wants excellent body work.
