Would give 0☆ if I could. PD called it in (I am from 3+ hours away and don't know the area or any tow companies - yet), while waiting I made some calls (weekend) and got a recommendation for a couple shops from the dealership and my insurance agent, found one with a restaurant nearby where I could wait on a ride and maybe charge my phone (almost dead at this point). Tow company showed up, I requested they tow to that shop I was recommended, told them I'd pay the fees out of pocket, was told "No problem, we can take it there". They then (after strapping the car and I was going with them to the shop with my car) changed their mind for the first of many times, lied (first of many) saying the bodyshop doesn't let them drop cars off (the shop said otherwise). They took me to the impound. Once there I was told I could grab my things and soon as I was done they'd take me somewhere themselves that I could wait for a ride (again a lie). Grabbed my 4 things I needed for a couple days (wallet, keys, gym bag, work bag - took 20 seconds max) and they took off, left me stranded god knows where in Johnstown, in the cold, not dressed for it, with a dead phone. Avoid at all costs (I had no choice). Do not use. Ever. Auto shop said they do this all the time to people. I would sooner push my car uphill barefoot over fire ants than let them hook it.

Found ourselves in a pickle where my dad's car was towed and impounded while he was in the hospital. They were very helpful and accommodating considering the situation. Some good guys there.

Very rude and not informative at all! I asked two questions and was given one word answers. Also told the man I was out of town that’s why I was calling instead of coming down.
