State Farm sent us to Tachoir Auto Body for our estimate and after meeting with Dale, we decided to let them do the repair. They are a Kia certified collision center and they did a awesome job!!! My rental was there when I dropped off my vehicle to be fixed and they handled the return when it was finished. They sent text messages to keep me updated during the repair and I never had to wonder how the repair was going. They were fast and extremely efficient and the work was above expectations. Would not hesitate to use them again!!! Highly recommend Tachoir Auto Body!!!

Husband was in a minor fender bender and we needed to find a shop who could work with our insurance company to get the ball rolling on the repairs. After not hearing from our insurance adjuster, I found Tachoir and decided to give them a call based on all the positive reviews. Lisa went above and beyond to get me in touch with another adjuster, our car towed, and setup a rental car for us. I was blown away at how thoughtful and kind she was and how quick she was to help us. I sincerely have never experience customer service to the level that Lisa delivered. And later, Dale was great in giving me advice on what to do after our adjuster told us the car needed to be scrapped. He went above and beyond and showed us kindness and care. I know where I’m bringing our new car for service and who I’ll be recommending to family and friends from now on.
