Bavarian Motorsport was absolutely amazing from start to finish. My daughter had just purchased a car that unfortunately turned out to have a major oil leak that the seller did not disclose, so we were beyond stressed. From the moment we brought it in, their team went above and beyond to help us. They performed a full inspection of the vehicle and sent us a detailed report with pictures, which made everything so clear and easy to understand. Their transparency and communication really stood out. Jose, the mechanic, was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything in a way that gave me total confidence in their work. He didn’t try to upsell unnecessary repairs—instead, he clearly outlined what needed to be done so my daughter could safely keep driving without going broke. Overall, they were honest, professional, and truly great to work with. I would highly recommend Bavarian Motorsport to anyone looking for trustworthy and skilled service.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Bavarian Motorsports did an absolutely amazing job on my Audi. From the moment I walked in, the staff was professional, honest, and extremely knowledgeable. The quality of their work is outstanding — my Audi runs smoother, drives better, and feels like a brand new car again. You can truly tell they care about the vehicles they work on and take pride in doing things the right way, not just the easy way. Their communication was excellent, their turnaround time was impressive, and the pricing was fair for the level of expertise and service they provide. It’s hard to find a shop you can actually trust, but Bavarian Motorsports has definitely earned mine. If you own an Audi (or any European car), this is the place to go. I wouldn’t take my car anywhere else. Highly recommend! Also thanks to Alex and all the help she has given me as well!!!

Website states “we provide dealership level auto repair and maintenance with the personal service of a local expert”. They charge dealership prices but do not provide a dealership experience. Brought my car in for $5k of maintenance/repairs and they tried to make me pay $475 for a part that they broke while completing the job. Completely unreasonable. Attached is a picture of the part they broke, you can see where it is cracked; that it’s not something that happens during regular use. Own up to your mistakes and be upfront with customers. Had to wait around all day for them to replace the part they broke. Trying to get updates from them on timing was like pulling teeth. When i finally picked up my car, the service manager had to get the last word in and give me sass about how replacing the broken part wasn’t an easy job. If they didn’t break a part on my car and try to make me pay for it, i wouldn’t be writing this review.
