Their customer service, repair quality, and use of professional-grade parts are absolutely top notch. Now for the details: A HUGE thanks to Joey and the entire Team at Mike’s KARS! While visiting Gettysburg, we had an unexpected issue with our tow vehicle—a grinding noise that could have derailed our trip. Joey immediately took action and found a way to fit us into their already packed schedule because he understood we were traveling. That may sound simple, but trust me, they were extremely busy, and it was no small favor. From start to finish, the staff did everything possible to make sure we were taken care of. They even offered a loaner vehicle, but since all were already checked out, Joey personally called ahead to confirm a rental car was ready for me, then drove me over to pick it up. That level of service goes well beyond the ordinary. When it came to the repair itself, Mike’s KARS used top-quality replacement parts and worked hard to save us money wherever they could. The repairs were handled quickly, professionally, and with a standard of care you rarely see anymore. We walked in as complete strangers, yet we were treated like longtime customers. That says a lot about the culture and values of this business. I truly cannot speak highly enough about the quality of their work, their honesty, and the outstanding customer service they provide. Of course, I hope I don’t need vehicle repairs while on vacation again—but if I ever do in the Gettysburg area, I know exactly where to go. Mike’s KARS is the real deal, and I highly recommend them without hesitation.

Really great experience today with Mike's Kars. I was taken care of right away for my scheduled appointment and everything was done in an hour. The information provided after the oil change and state inspection gives the details of their general check up of my vehicle and what upcoming maintenance items are. I took a walk while it was being serviced and it was all done when I got back. Very reasonable pricing. I would definitely recommend them to others.
