If you are looking for a quality team of mechanical professionals - look no further. I was in Jim Thorpe from Connecticut as my mother became very ill which eventually she passed. During my four (4) months there, my truck needed and oil change to which Alex fit me in post haste. As time went on and I was preparing to depart, I had to haul a fairly large trailer back to Connecticut having had sold my parents house in Jim Thorpe during this period. I was so impressed with these guys for just an oil change, I decided that these folks were the guys that were going to do the shocks and struts which was a five (5) hour job. I had an appointment within reason of my departure date. Rather than "camp-out" in the showroom, Alex went the extra mile to save me an Uber trip and assisted me with a car for the term the truck was in the shop. Flawless. On my initial visit for the oil change, I noted the showroom was immaculate as well as the organization of the service counter and the friendliness of the staff. Guys, keep doing what you are doing and many many thanks for your help to me during my stay. Most appreciated!!! Bob
