I had an excellent experience with this company. Jake is very personable, conscientious and covers all the bases of a worry free move. He is very knowledgeable and honest with no hidden fees. He will go out of his way to make sure you are happy with his services. Communication was excellent from start to finish. Once the moving truck was loaded, all the stress my move was gone. If I could, I would rate him more than five stars! Please consider his company next time you need his services. You won’t be disappointed.

Jake and his crew did an outstanding job from start to finish. They hauled away a garage full of items and some very heavy items (console tv, etc) from our basement. Amazingly they were finished in 90 minutes- a very efficient operation. Communication was excellent from setting up time for an estimate to completion of the project. They double checked with us which items were being removed and which were staying. All of the guys were polite and did tough work with a smile. They were non-smokers too which was nice. I highly recommend Five Star. They made what could have been a stressful time and made it a smooth venture. This is our family's second time in hiring Jake and his team. We are very pleased with Five Star.

I highly recommend this removal team! Their process is streamlined and includes a walk-through of the property to provide an assessment and estimate, ongoing helpful communication, and a thorough clean-out. Jacob and Logan really impressed me with their efficiency and going above-and-beyond. They demonstrate clear pride in their work. They arrived on time and ready to work, and had the proper equipment on-hand to get the job done well. They performed some post-clean-out debris removal as well, which was very helpful. They treated me and my property with respect, and performed their task with diligence. One thing that particularly stood out to me was how respectful they were of one another as a team. That is for me a huge indicator of a truly reputable service - Their commitment to not only the customer, but to one another. I will definitely hire this team again when the need arises!
