Pry's Towing is Amazing - Great Service and Amazing Folks. Fast extremely kind and professional service. Pry's has helped me out twice this past year. First time was a jump and replaced my old battery - runs like a charm. Brandon came today to tow my buried Jetta out of the snow mound and make sure all was safe and running great - thank you, Brandon - you are a Rockstar! Love this business and the people - make you feel like part of their family... Call for SNOW REMOVAL Too! -- Craig, Steven and Benny - best snow removal team in Butler and surrounding Counties. Extremely Professional, respectful and did a outstanding job digging my car out, clearing all the walkways steps and decks of all the snow we accumulated! Job well done - thank you!

SCAMMERS. Unprofessional. Refuses to take accountability for what they did to my car. Screaming on the phone to me about how what I saw happen with my own eyes did not happen, when it did happen. Pry's claims that Robert S. was never inside my vehicle. He was in fact inside my vehicle, I wish he had not been. They sent me SOME cut footage of what they claim to have happened, which is not what actually happened or all of the footage. The footage conveniently starts after he ruined my car even further, the first half of the footage is missing. Meaning that the videos don't show Pry's actually arriving, it only shows a portion of what happened. Pry's claims that that was the only footage they had. How convenient. They did not send me the footage from their tow truck, claiming it was not working when this happened. Never accept help from Robert S. at Pry's Towing and Automotive. When Robert S. called me to tell me that he was on the way, he told me that he was 25 mins away and asked if I wanted to call someone else to tow my car. I said no, because I had already called Pry's. He confirmed that he was coming to tow my car then asked if I would rather have him tow my car somewhere closer than to have him tow it to where I originally told him to tow it to. He already did not want to do his job and was dismissive. Robert came to tow my car, he brought a flatbed and I needed a wrecker due to the condition of my car. He acknowledged this fact when he got to me, and tried to move my car anyways. By him doing so, this caused hundreds of dollars in even more damage. When he knew that what he was going to try to do was not going to work, he put my car into reverse on a already snapped tire rod and ended up ripping the axle out of my transmission. When he finally realized that he can no longer drive my car in reverse, with no working front wheel (my power wheel), he wanted to tow my car from the back & drag it. He said "Yes, dragging it from the back will cause more damage, ripping off your front bumper" When I asked if there was something else we could do and suggested a different way of towing it, Robert said that the wrecker from Pry's was down that day and said he would call another tow company to send to us. We called the other tow company to make sure they were coming after he had left & just told us that he just called someone. The other tow company said they had not received any calls & did not know of my situation. After Robert had left, I realized that Robert S. locked my keys in my car with my car running. I called him back to tell him that he locked my keys in the car with it running & he declined my call. I called again, he answered, he was surprised he did that and said he would come back to get my keys out and that he was not too far away. He called me back 15 mins later to tell me that he was not coming back to unlock my car because that other towing company was coming to tow my car. Luckily I had a spare key at my house that I had to send someone to go get, so I Fortunately did not need Robert S.'s help retrieving the keys from my running and locked car. When I called Pry's to make sure that their wrecker was in fact actually down that day, I was told "I'm not sure why Robert even told you he called another company because we can't call another tow company, it has to be through AAA". Horrible service, especially from Robert S. I will never allow this company to come out to my car again knowing that this is not the first time that something unprofessional has happened with their company and employees.

Mark was excellent today towing our car. He was very personable and easy to talk too. He did a great job and I will call again and make sure to ask for him if I ever need towed.
