A couple of months ago, I spent almost $200 BC Auto Parts in Bristol for brakes and rotors. They sold me a complete set that didn’t even fit my truck — I had to bring everything back and exchange it at my own expense. Now, after giving them another chance, they sold me a blower motor that also doesn’t fit. I never even installed it, but they’re refusing to make it right because it’s an “electrical part.” What makes this even harder is that my truck is currently my home. I live with two bearded dragons who depend on heat to survive, and I have chronic lung issues that make the cold dangerous for me. Without heat, both my health and my pets are at risk — and this part was supposed to help fix that. Consumers deserve honesty, respect, and fair treatment — especially from local businesses we try to support. I know that this business will never get my support or recommendations ever again
