I had some dobuts about my new Diehard battery's state of health, when the oil change place said battery was in poor condition. But it's only one week old? So I stopped at the Babcock rd store. I don't know the gentleman's names, but they were super helpful. Checked my battery and assured me all is well. Thank you guy's.

They couldn't have been nicer. My order was ready when they said it would be ready. I entered the store. Picked up the items. They were kind enough to install the windshield wiper blades. I got them at a discount as I did some windshield wiper fluid. Win win win!

Went for a car battery since my car wouldn't start on McKnight Road. Seemed like we were bothering associate, and was told he couldn't install a battery in the rain.(very light drizzle) We went to Advance on Ohio River Blvd, which is our local place, and had a very helpful person who gave us a coupon. Quick installation and great service! Will give 5 star review to that store.
