I had such a great experience here, especially thanks to Tim. I accidentally left my phone behind, and he went out of his way to make sure I got it back quickly. He was incredibly kind, calm, and reassuring, which made a stressful situation feel so much smaller and manageable. Everyone who works at the Pittsburg Enterprise on Millvale Ave is extremely friendly and helpful. They took the time to call me ahead of time to let me know what I needed to bring with me. Once I was there, they assisted me right away and were very thorough. I was earlier than planned and they accommodated me. Colin was very nice and patient, making sure I felt comfortable before leaving the parking lot. Great team there and I highly recommend them! Thank you for making it an easy choice to select your location for my rental car :)
