Absolutely top-notch service. The weather was terrible and the snow was thick, but that didn’t slow them down at all. From the moment I made the call to the time my semi was completely unstuck was under an hour. The driver was extremely friendly, professional, and clearly knew exactly what he was doing, even in those conditions. The whole process was smooth, efficient, and stress-free. They were easy to deal with and got right to work without wasting a second. If you need heavy towing or recovery done fast and done right, even in awful weather, this is the company to call. They were prompt and came at timely manner. Tom went above and beyond to ensure that the job was done correctly. I drive a 2015 bmw that has been out of service for 4 weeks due to what I thought was a battery and some other technical issues. Tom came and tried to jump the battery from the back of the car, where the battery was located and was able to inform me that the issue was with the starter. I greatly appreciated his attention to detail and willingness to assist with my car problems. He then was able to tow my car in a safe spot.
