Update: I've come to love this place. Walt, the attendant (at least on weekends) is a gem--he will get up in your business--but he genuinely wants to help and make sure the right stuff gets into the right spots! Just remember that they only take #1 & #2 plastics and he'll be your best friend. They couldn't have a more contentious employee. Clean & organized recycling center. However, I have driven by frequently on Saturday morning, and it has been closed (pre-Covid). That has been frustrating. It's also harder to enter & exit due to road construction--but hopefully that will be resolved soon. **It's very important to follow the rules, so that we don't loose this important service!**

Posted hours are incorrect. Note: the hours posted on line, on Google, and on the center's web site do not agree. Some sites are undergoing renovation and hours are changing - so best to call. Blakeslee site in generally not available for routine consumer recycling drop-offs.

From day 1 till now, what a difference. Nice and clean and swiftwaters veteran on the job is A 1 Guy. He's out there in all elements. I hope the company's taken care of. I'm definitely learning a lot and is one of those guys that's been to the dump sites and see exactly what's going on with all the recycles that we throw away.
