Let me start by saying that I have used this place to work on my car and my ex wife’s car for nearly 20 years. They installed the hitch on my current vehicle and helped me troubleshoot problems when I was unable to get the lights working on a trailer the first time I used the hitch. It was natural for me to return when I needed a new hitch put on a second tow vehicle. The second time around did not go nearly as well. There was a lot of delay and inaccurate communication between what was being communicated in text messages and what was conveyed in person causing us to just abandon getting our second hitch installed at this business. We decided to go elsewhere for this particular job. This was not the same level of customer service that I had become used to over my 20 years of dealing with this business
