The little things matter. I recently purchased the best but most expensive vehicle I’ve ever owned. I appreciate timely and good service, but on a $100,000 vehicle, I expect everything to function properly and to be installed with precision. I want to give a sincere compliment to Charlie Crowley service advisor, and Blake, a young and skilled technician at Turner GMC for not only providing that kind of service but for going above and beyond to provide outstanding, excellent service for me as a new customer. I live just over half an hour drive away from Turner GMC, but I thought I would give them a try installing an accessory on the vehicle. It’s a small accessory, but extremely helpful. Unfortunately, it was installed a little crooked the first time. Not wrong, I just preferred it differently. I hate being the guy who complains, but like I said, for a vehicle at this price point, and an accessory that runs over $400 with programming, I really need it, we’ll really want it, to be as right as possible. I picked up the truck after leaving it with the dealer at the end a long workday but immediately got that funny feeling when something does not look just right. I called Charlie the next day and asked if I could just get some new mounting tape and maybe fix it myself as I felt a little silly complaining about the item being installed a little crooked as it appeared to me. Charlie said no, we’re gonna make it right, he even found time to fit me in on Saturday, which I know is not what they normally do, but he made it work around my schedule. From start to finish, Charlie and the team were a delight to work with; from the person who answers the phones with a cordial, professional accuracy, to a quick transfer to where I needed to go, to a quick schedule, to a quick service at a fair price, and then even fixing the part to my satisfaction, I’ll definitely be back at Turner. The little things matter, and if they can get it right on something like this, I’ll probably trust them forever on the big things too. Thanks Charlie, Blake and team Turner Buick GMC!

I was browsing the parking lot with no particular make model or style in mind when DAN my salesman came out and introduced himself. We had a casual chat and agreed to meet when we both had more time. The following day I came back and really took our time discussing a make model and style of what I needed and my wish for a trade value on my existing vehicle. Diana and STEVE rounded out the team that helped me pick my vehicle, get my trade, and get the proper financing. I could not be happier with their team work. I’m going to enjoy working with this team and the dealership. Also an update. I had a very small issue with the OnStar system that was immediately resolved by the Turner/Onstar team. I could not be happier. Great job and I can/will recommend Turner to anyone looking for a vehicle.

I recently had an unexpected transmission issue with a vehicle that I did not purchase at the dealership. They were quick to get it in and diagnose it. Since it took some time to get the parts Charlie Crowley was excellent in communicating the status with me and checking in to make sure everything was ok with the loaner vehicle. They have a great service department and they care.....it shows!! A++++ for Charlie's customer service skills!!
