Shout out to Nathan at the Titusville O'Reilly store. He went above and beyond his duties for helping out this olde lady. He battled the cold, wind and rain to put in my head light bulb so I could see and make sure I got home safely. It was not an easy peasy job but he stuck with it until it was completed, not everyone would have done that! He deserves recognition (a raise would be well deserved as well). I can't say enough about the level of service here. I've been to hundreds of auto parts stores over the years and none have come close. From general help finding stuff, to locating and getting good prices on rare parts. Today,I needed to borrow a rather large wrench to get a banjo bolt off, and instead of doing the tool loan thing, Christy (hope I spelled that right) just helped me get the bolt loose right there on the floor. Best staff I've ever seen at a parts house. Thanks again

I went in and two clerks were working to help one person. I stood there a while before the one finally asked, "May I help you?" She(?) Proceeded to talk to me like I was a mechanic. I drive the vehicle, I don't do repairs, that's your job.
