Most recently my experience has been frustrating. Items from an online pickup order that were to be delivered were not delivered to me. The pictured shown was not my house. Later when I went to use an item that was in the pickup order I discovered that it was molding and had a best used by date of 2/20?26. My pickup date was 3/5/26. I 've been calling the store for everyday, several times a day to request that all the items mentioned above be refunded. I keep getting the same recorded message. Due to a high volume of calling there is no associate available to answer, try again later. I've tried morning, evening and afternoon. If I don't get a response by tomorrow and have to drive to the store, I'm done with Walmart.

Called and made appointment to have my tires changed. I was in need of new tires and the ones I use are often hard to find. Called and was ensured they had my tires. She said she physically went and verified them, and put them where they needed to be for my appointment at 6pm to have the tires changed. I live about an hour away. Get there tonight at 6pm and they sold my tires to someone else and completely had nothing to say and no way to rectify the situation. So just out all the gas I was willing to drive to get tires comparable to the ones I usually get. And I will not be back.

This store is absolutely disgusting. Starting from the parking lot which was completely iced, carts everywhere!!!! People parked however they wanted because the whole parking lot was completely iced and you couldn’t even see the lines to the parking spaces. So you’re ice skating into a store that is completely dirty and unorganized. Stock everywhere with boxes and boxes blocking off each aisle so you can’t even find what you’re looking for let alone go down the aisle to try and look. There’s empty boxes thrown around all over the floors, empty boxes in the cooler area, food everywhere. No type of organization. If I didn’t have to do an Instacart order, I would’ve immediately left. I was in disgust the whole time I was shopping. In one of the aisles there was even a huge pile of water that someone could’ve fell on with no signs showing to be careful. Complete hazard that could’ve hurt somebody really bad and Walmart would’ve definitely been at fault. Employees seem like they’re there as a hang out spot versus being there to work. Everything about this Walmart location had me in disgust and I will never accept an Instacart order for this location again.
