I have been going to Bise’s garage for years! Plus my family has gone to him for much longer than I have. Mr Bise is always so kind & accommodating. I even moved to Philly for school & would travel back just so he could do the work/ inspections on my car. 10/10 recommend!

Called them and he seemed like a nice guy. He said come on down and he can do the enhanced inspection right away. I was impressed with the fast service. Once we got there, he looked at the car and failed the inspection. He picked over broken clips on plastic covers under the car and said he cant pass an aftermarket skid plate. I was surprised when he said that the paint chips and scratch in my quarter panel would need repainted to pass inspection. He failed to tell me on the phone that the car had to be perfect to pass. I feel I was taken for $250. He said nothing on the phone about any of this. The car is 21 years old! All he kept saying is "call Harrisburg". I feel he doesn't say it on the phone because he knows you won't come for the inspection. If you need an enhanced inspection done, bypass it unless your car is perfect. I'm ordering Montana plates from legaltag.com and I'll be enjoying driving my car in PA with no more registration and no more inspections! I also don't have to pay tax on the transfer. Screw dealing with this B.S.
