These guys did an “alignment” on my lady’s car. Steering wheel still shakes a little, but it’s an old car! No biggie right? Not only did they never give her a spec sheet, but LESS THAN A YEAR LATER my new tires have wires sticking out of the inside only. Clear uneven wear from being out of alignment. She took the car there after having front end suspension work done, and these guys thought they’d get one over on this woman because “she doesn’t know what she’s asking for” etc. Not only is that just bad business practice but it’s downright dangerous! Claiming that work was done when it was never done is an immediate full stop from me, I will never come here again and will never recommend this place to anybody. Thanks guys! We’re out $100 for the alignment AND a set of tires in the front!
