When a mistake was taken seriously (I was listened to and not dismissed), fixed quickly, and haven't had any problems since. They are easy to schedule with, Justin is a great communicator, and Dakota has done excellent work.

They replaced my tires and provided a complimentary full-vehicle inspection with a detailed report of upcoming maintenance, anything overdue (and by how much), and what needed attention right away. Things the dealership i bought my vehicle from never even mentioned. They even included photos so I could see exactly what they were talking about. no guessing, no confusion. This is how a garage should be run. Justin kept in constant communication, updated me on the status of my car, answered every question I had, and made me feel like I’d been a customer for years. I also loved how transparent the process was, they send you a list of recommended services with clear estimates, and you can approve or decline with just a tap, no pressure, no upselling, no mystery fees. As someone who has learned (sometimes the hard way) to always do your research before committing, I’ve already done it for you. These guys are legit. Highly recommend.
