I brought our cadillac for a transmission fluid change .During the change the tech noticed there was a leak and Josh actually showed me pictures the tech took of the leak. The shop were amazing explained the repair in detail .Special thank you to Josh at the front desk for his knowledge in explaining the whole process .It was seamless and done in a timely fashion. I would recommend this place to everyone. Great service....

DO NOT trust this place with your vehicle! I don't use the term scam lightly, but this place fits the bill. I paid for a diagnosis, discussed what needed done, and scheduled an appointment. After 4 days with no word, I checked on progress and was brushed off. After a week of waiting, I was told the issues were resolved. Picked up the car, same issue, same CEL, nothing changed at all. Took the car back, paid for more time (Labor rate is $175 an hour BTW) only to be told that I needed to replace brand new parts that they previously diagnosed as working or didnt bother to check. How did you not check over two paid diagnosis days plus a week with the car!?!? Took my money and did nothing, I would avoid them.

Josh and the team at Autoworx Robinson were top tier from start to finish. Professional, honest and very knowledgeable. They took the time to explain what was needed, didn’t try to upsell anything unnecessary and got the job done right. Pricing was more than fair and the turnaround time was solid. It’s hard to find a shop you can truly trust but this is definitely one of them. Highly recommend Josh and his team, this has been my go to spot from I first met them.
