Cannot say enough good things about this business, Isaiah, and Aaron. I had a unique situation ordering a truck from the factory for delivery to a partner dealership in PA. The flatbed was custom made to accommodate future larger wheels/tires as well as special electrical requirements they wired into the bed for me. After everything was said and done, Isaiah helped to make sure it got loaded on a truck and sent down to me in FL. Communication and upfitting was top notch!

Can't say enough good about the store and service shop. Aaron was absolutely great in communication and the attention to details from my first call, through the sale and installation. When he couldn't talk or call Isaiah was right there. Together they provided customer service beyond reproach. During the install we waited and shopped in the store. Again , the staff was attentive and friendly. At the end of the day when install was finishing I watched as others in service helped with the final parts of the install. I chose the establishment because of the service I received and will no doubt tell everyone where I got the Martin Flatbed.

Took my tractor there to get the clutch looked at that they installed one year prior. They called and said the clutch is stuck fast to the flywheel and that something let loose in the rear differential. There was nothing wrong with the rear differential when I dropped it off. They wouldn’t do anything about it except charge me for diagnosing the clutch problem.
