Had to get my windshield replaced. That was done well and I had no problems with it. However, I had two issues with the store: 1) I was told my car would be ready sometime between 12pm-2pm. It did not end up being done until 5pm. 2) I could not get my car until the next day. They said they’d put the keys on the visor and I could get it the next day. When I came to get my car, it would not start. Had to call AAA and turns out, my battery was completely dead so I had to buy a whole new one. I had ZERO issues with my car/it’s battery prior to this appointment. We believe one of the workers left something on in my car during the night which led to my battery dying. I called to let them know about it and they were no help at all. They told me “they don’t even turn anything on in my car” which was clearly a lie because my car had been parked in a different parking spot lol. So yeah, I would recommend having them come to you for an appt rather than going to the actual store because clearly that didn’t go well.
