After a bad experience at another chain shop, a friend suggested Jam. I took both of my cars for state inspection. The first car had been to another shop that tried to sell me repairs I didn't need. Mike at JAM pointed out that I was right and didn't try and scam me like the first shop. The second car that I took also passed inspection and Mike showed me something that I needed to keep an eye on to prevent future issues. Again I wasn't sold anything. I normally do all my own work. As I get older this is getting more difficult. I'm expecting that Mike will be getting a a lot more work from me.

Mike is fair and honest! He does a great job running the garage and pays particular attention to issues involving your vehicle. He has two mechanics working along side him. I trust him with my 2007 Honda odyssey van that I had for 17 years and almost 200,000 miles.
