This is the second time that I have used Berks Auto Collision. They made my life so easy after being in my accidents. In each of my accidents, I was the one who was hit so we went through the other individuals insurance and they handled all the conversations and even helped me get set up with a rental car. They communicated incredibly well with me and I received text message alerts as my vehicle was being fixed. Josh and all the staff are amazing and so helpful and really took the stress of the whole situation off my shoulders. This last time I had my car in with them they even cleaned my entire car and vacuumed it out. I have a husky that travels in my vehicle quite often so I imagine that them getting the dog hair out of my car was not an easy task and I am very appreciative. I probably haven’t seen my car this clean since I bought it. Thank you so much!

It was a long process dealing with the insurance but when it came to the physical repairs and client relationship, Berks Auto exceeded my expectations. Great customer service! Was glad to see it was even Subaru certified! My car was cleaned inside and out when I picked it up as well as some of the rattles were gone that it had before! I would highly recommend Berks Auto Collision if you ever need a body shop!
