I have been taking my Porsche to Glenn’s for different maintenance and service jobs and each time they have provided quality work and great customer service. They handle my car with care and the prices are exceptional. I always feel welcomed and not just another customer. They remember your name and ask how you’ve been. They remember details about your service and about anything personal you have shared with them. I love that they provide additional services to accommodate your visit such as transportation to another destination while your vehicle is being serviced. They communicate and ask before doing anything to be sure you approve of the service. I like that they scan your car to find any potential services need so that you can keep up with the health of your car. I appreciate the knowledge they have to maintain my vehicle and they take responsibility if anything has to be corrected. I don’t trust any shops outside of the dealership to work on my Porsche except Glenn’s. I hope they continue to provide quality service and good prices so I can continue to patronize their establishment. I’m so thankful to have given them a try after reading countless reviews about their work on other high end vehicles. I highly recommend them if you have a foreign vehicle that general auto shops won’t touch and tell you to go to the dealership for services. The nearest dealer is very far away from where I reside. Having Glenn’s nearby is very convenient for me so I can maintain my vehicle properly.

Just wanted to tell everyone about Glenn's European Auto Repair. Im new to the area and needed my Mercedes serviced. After an extensive search I decided to call Glenn's to get a feel for this repair shop and boy did I make the best decision. From my initial call and speaking to Evan, to the attention and diagnosis of my car explaining what was wrong and what was needed (including pictures) I knew I had the right shop. The friendly staff and mechanics were the best and most of all pricing was very fair considering all that needed to be done. Im definitely going to use "GEAR" anytime my AMG needs serving....5 out of 5 stars for me!

The team at Glenn’s is by far the best for taking care of your car. They truly know all the specifics that relate to European vehicles. For all who drive European vehicles, we are very fortunate to have a shop that specializes in our vehicles. Their skills, knowledge, Customer Service and treating your vehicle like it’s their own, really set Glenn’s apart. My E60 will only be serviced by Glenn’s and I am thankful for the team at Glenn’s. My E60 was in for a complete turbo replacement, I can’t imagine the skill it takes to do this job. Rest assured you know your taken care of by his team.
