Excellent dealership, sales team and owner! I will start by saying I always do research before making large purchases to avoid overpaying. We all want to get a great deal and customer service. I had been shopping online for a new Jeep and found the best deal at Towanda, 100 miles away from me. Josh in sales was extremely helpful. He did a great job listening to my needs, and made the process quick and easy. His sales manager Avery was very knowledgable and took extra time on his computer to make sure I was getting the most out of my trade and the best option on finance, which saved me even more money! The owner Tim was at his desk close by and when I went over to thank him for such a great deal we ended up in a pleasant conversation. Before I knew it the paperwork was ready to sign and my new Jeep was freshly detailed and ready to go! This whole experience made for a terrific drive home. Josh even reached out to me a few days later to make sure all was good. Thank you to Josh, Avery and Tim, you exceeded my expectations, I am glad my research brought me to Towanda!
